No. We don’t take a card for the trial, so nothing can be charged.
When the trial ends your account moves to archive mode, and you can pick a plan at any time to continue.

The paid period starts on the day the trial ends.

The first charge happens when you choose a plan and confirm at checkout.
After that, monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year on the same date, until you cancel.
We email you at least 21 days before a yearly renewal.

Yes. The change takes effect right away, and you pay the new price minus credit for the unused days.
The new billing period starts on the day you upgrade.

Team includes 3 people and each extra person is $8 a month.
If you add someone mid-period, you pay only for the days left in that period, and from the next renewal it is added to the plan price.
Removing someone takes effect right away; the unused part of the period is not refunded.

The next payment stops, and you keep using the period you've already paid for until it ends.
You can undo the cancellation any time before then.

It's what you have when there's no plan.
You can still view your past quotes, price list and income records, and save them as PDF.
To send new quotes or upload files, choose a plan.

Files are kept for as long as you have a plan.
Once your account is in archive mode, they're deleted after 30 days.
We notify you 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before.
Your account and data (quotes, clients, income records) are deleted 1 year after archive mode starts, with notice 30 days and 7 days before.

If you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund it in full.

You get a receipt for every payment from Polar, our payment processor, which shows the tax it charged.
Taxes are added at checkout based on your billing details; if you have a VAT or GST number, you can enter it at checkout.
