Getting started
From sign-up to your first payout.
Seven steps are all it takes.
Add your details
After you sign up, you first enter the details that go on your quotes.
Enter your studio name, representative, contact details and bank account once and they're used on every quote.
If you run a registered business, choose your tax type too.
VAT display follows it.Phone and account numbers are stored encrypted, and your bank account is only shown after the client approves the quote.Build your price list
Put the work you do often, with a base price, in your price list.
When you build a quote, you just pick from it.
You can change any amount on each quote.
You can also start from suggested items such as logo design or website design.Add the scope to each item's description, for example "1 main page, 5 sub-pages".New quote
Add the client's details and items, then set the scope of work, number of revisions, payment terms and schedule.
The quote your client will see appears on the right as you go.
It saves a draft automatically while you write, so you can come back to it later.Be sure to spell out what is not included in the scope of work.
If extra requests come later, it gives you a basis to quote them as new work.Send the link
When you send a quote, a private link for your client is created.
Copy the message and link and send it through your messaging app.
Once automatic message sending is available, it will go out to your client on its own.
Clients don't need an account; they just open the link.Approval and changes
Your client reviews the quote and either approves it right away or asks for changes.
To approve, they confirm who they are with the last 4 digits of their phone number.
If they ask for changes, you can edit the quote and send it again as a new version.Confirm payment and deliver drafts
When the deposit arrives, press "Payment received" and start the work.
Deliverable files upload as soon as you pick them, and stay hidden from your client until you press "Deliver".
Once delivered, your client either confirms or requests a revision.
Each revision request uses up one of the included revisions.Drag tasks around on the task board to manage each project. Only you can see the board.Final delivery and income
Confirm the balance and deliver the original files, and the project is complete.
The Income menu shows the confirmed payments by month.
If you work as an individual freelancer, we also show the amount after withholding tax for reference.
